[v1.2 Patch Notes] Small Update to Items of Power
I just released a small update to Items of Power to address some of the early feedback I was getting. Here are the patch notes:
UI UPDATES
- Updated the item UI to include which units are currently affected by the item. The UI now displays the 5 silhouettes of your units which will light up if the unit is being affected by the item.
- Added damage numbers that pop up when a unit is injured.
- Added current encounter number and tier to the text that appears at the start of each encounter.
BALANCE
- Increased enemy scaling so the game is more difficult now. Previously the difficulty was a 50% modifier to "optimal" play which increased by 1% every tier, but now the difficulty increases by 4% every tier.
- Nerfed Cleric's Heal from 40% to 30%
- Nerfed Ranger and Deep Elf Ranger's Spread Shot from 20% to 15%
- Nerfed Goblin Boomer's Barrel Bombs from 30% to 25%
- Reworked Artificer's Infinite POWER!!! from 30% to 35% and now when the Artificer dies, they lose 5% of their POW
BUG FIXES
- Fixed issue where losing focus of the window and coming back would result in all of the sounds that played while unfocused would play at once.
- Fixed issue where the game would crash if a Rogue tried to steal stats from a unit that was already dead.
- Fixed issue where loading saves from the menu while in game would cause some weird inconsistencies like health not resetting to what it was at the beginning of an encounter.
- Fixed issue where you could duplicate items by clicking on the item HUD instead of the Destroy button during a hag encounter
